vCard QR Code for your contact details

The digital business card: name, company, phone and email land in the address book without anyone typing them. You can engrave the contact in the image, and the code works offline and asks for no account. Or show it from a page, behind one of our links: the card updates when your number or role changes, and the cards already printed stay valid.

Static· works offline, the content lives inside the code

Step 1:Content

The QR code opens a page with your details, a photo and your social profiles, and the phone number can be fixed even after a thousand cards have been printed. Needs a free account. Switched off, the contact goes inside the image: it saves to the address book without a network, but it can never be changed.

Step 2: Customise the look

Smart Color

Enter up to three colours, for example your brand’s. Each proposal places them on modules, markers, background and frame, and always clears the contrast a scanner needs.

How it works

A vCard QR code holds a contact in the format that iPhone and Android recognise from the camera: name, company, phone, email, website, address. Whoever scans it sees the card ready to save to their contacts, with nothing to type. The data is engraved in the code, which is static and works without an account.

If you would rather have a version you can update, the “Page” switch turns the contact into a web page with photo, introduction and profiles: the code becomes dynamic and points to that page, which you edit whenever you like.

When to use it

The natural home is the business card, but it works just as well on a printed email signature, an event badge, an office door or the back of a quote. People you meet save your contact in one gesture and do not lose it in a wallet.

With the page, the code survives changes of role and number: the printed card stays valid while the details change.

Before you print

Fill in only the fields that really matter: every extra field adds modules, and a business card offers little room. Name, phone, email and website are almost always enough.

On a card, print the code at least two centimetres wide and leave a white margin around it. Test the scan with an iPhone and an Android before sending to print: they are two different cameras.

Frequently asked questions

Does this QR code work without an internet connection?
Yes. The information sits inside the code itself, so the phone reads it offline. The trade-off is that the content cannot be changed once printed.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The code uses the vCard 3.0 format, the one recognised directly by the camera on both iOS and Android.
